RNA extracted from whole blood of healthy controls or podoconiosis patients and subject to RNA sequencing. Total RNA libraries were prepared using the QIAseq Stranded RNA library kit with rRNA and globin RNA depleted using the QIAseq FastSelect rRNA and globin mRNA removal kit.
