February 2024 release of the Fitness Browser: RB-TnSeq data for diverse bacteria and archaea

This data set includes 7,552 genome-wide fitness experiments for 46 bacteria and 2 archaea. Data were collected using pools of randomly barcoded transposons (RB-TnSeq). All files are gzipped. After unzipping, the files are:code.tar -- a snapshot of the code. Also see the code repositoryfeba.db -- the sqlite3 database, see schema in lib/db_setup_tables.sqlaaseqs -- the protein sequences in fasta format, with identifiers of the form orgId:locusIddb.StrainFitness.* -- a tab-delimited table of per-strain fitness values, one per organism. The suffix is the orgId. (Gene fitness values are included in feba.db, but per-strain fitness values are not.)<br>
