The long-time-series Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI) product set derived from the Landsat series satellites for China and its adjacent regions is calculated based on the surface reflectance products of the Landsat series. It has a spatial resolution of 30 meters, covers the temporal period from the 1980s to 2021, and contains files including SAVI, QA, metadata in XML format, and thumbnails. To reduce storage requirements, the computed values were multiplied by 10000, stored as 16-bit data, and compressed using LZW lossless compression.
