Nitrification and denitrification

The anaerobic acidification solution of fruit and vegetable waste (hereinafter referred to as acidification solution) has high organic acid content and has the potential to completely or partially replace commercial denitrification carbon sources. In this study, acidizing solution and its compound carbon source with sodium acetate were used as electron donors in sewage denitrification process, and their effects on nitrogen removal and organic pollutants removal in domestic sewage were investigated. Meanwhile, the dynamic changes of microbial community structure and function were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.
