TOA Radiation Flux and Cloud decadal product:
The radiation budget represents the balance between incoming energy from the Sun and outgoing thermal (longwave) and reflected (shortwave) energy from the Earth. It is converted the measurements into radiant exitances at the top of the atmosphere. The decadal scanner products include upward longwave and shortwave radiation fluxes, as well as the cloud parameters of the FOV.
