RNA-seq analysis was performed using the single mutants (osfrk1, osfrk2, osfrk3) and double mutant (osfrk1 × osfrk2), with WT Nipponbare as control. The tillering stage rice leaves were harvested for total RNA extraction. The RNA-seq data were sequenced at the Suzhou Panomix company. The data were mapped to reference genome (MSU 7.0 version). The DEG were analyzed with fold change ≥ 1.5 and P < 0.05.
