Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model organism, this study employed an integrated approach combining biochemical assays and multi-omics analyses to elucidate the effects of HFPO-TA stress on yeast cell viability, membrane stability, antioxidant capacity, cellular morphology, and cell wall composition. Furthermore, the underlying mechanisms were investigated at both the gene expression and metabolic regulation levels.
