Metagenomics reveals microbiome and resistome in the seawater

We use metagenomics to reveal the occurrence and distribution of antibiotic resistance genes, mobile genetic elements, and bacterial communities in the Yellow Sea and Yangtze River deltas, and explore the coexistence patterns among them, as well as their sources and influencing factors.
