we employed a whole transcriptome-based approach to examine the effects of varying oxygen levels on goat adipose tissue-derived MSCs. Specifically, we compared three conditions: Normoxia (NO, 21% O2), transient hypoxia (THO, 72 hours at 2% O2), and sustained hypoxia (HO, more than 3 weeks at low O2 conditions). We analysed gene expression profiles to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying MSC adaptation to different oxygen environments.
