Sequencing of Amphiprion ocellaris whole genome and transcriptome, including partial genome sequencing of other A. ocellaris isolates

This study includes whole genome sequencing of Amphiprion ocellaris generating short (Illumina) and long (Nanopore) reads, as well as transcriptome sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq. This study also sequenced the genome of other A. ocellaris isolates at low sequencing coverage to recover mitochondrial genomes.
