智慧城市国际标准应用实施报告

本报告从全局视角呈现了智慧城市国际标准化现状，同时从 JTC 1 视角重点解读了ISO/IEC 24039:2022 等智慧城市领域典型国际标准。基于 2022 年度国际标准 ISO/IEC24039:2022 应用示范工作，本报告系统总结了该国际标准应用示范工作推进思路及过程，输出了 9 项国际标准应用实践案例，并为下一步国际标准应用示范工作提出了意见及建议。本报告有助于智慧城市相关方整体了解智慧城市国际标准化现状，清晰认识智慧城市典型国际标准的主要内容及应用价值，有针对性地选择响应国际标准进行应用，以国际标准引领和支撑智慧城市地方建设、方案设计、产品研发。同时，也有助于将更多智慧城市实践案例经验引入国际标准化工作的舞台，明确智慧城市建设痛点及标准需求，带动国际标准的持续修订完善，为输出更多新的国际标准提案奠定基础。

This report provides a holistic overview of the current state of international standardization for smart cities, with a focus on interpreting typical international standards in the smart city domain such as ISO/IEC 24039:2022 from the perspective of JTC 1. Based on the 2022 application demonstration work of the international standard ISO/IEC 24039:2022, this report systematically summarizes the promotion ideas and implementation process of this international standard's application demonstration work, outputs 9 practical application cases of international standards, and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the next-stage application demonstration work of international standards. This report helps relevant stakeholders in the smart city field to comprehensively understand the current status of international standardization for smart cities, clearly grasp the main contents and application value of typical international standards in the smart city domain, selectively adopt and apply corresponding international standards, so as to use international standards to guide and support local smart city construction, scheme design and product R&D. Meanwhile, it also helps to introduce the experience from more smart city practice cases into the arena of international standardization work, clarify the pain points and standard requirements in smart city construction, promote the continuous revision and improvement of international standards, and lay a solid foundation for the submission of more new international standard proposals.
