In HS group pulmonary artery, The up-regulated mRNA: GHRHR, TRH, MT1R, MT2AR, GPRC5D. The down-regulated mRNA: ANKEF1, DNAJB1, MFSD4A. Among them, the most obvious difference is MT1R and MT2AR.In HS group mesenteric artery, The up-regulated mRNA: CRYAB and HSPEL. The down-regulated mRNA: APCDD1. Pregnant female rats were fed standard diet, the CON group was given ordinary water, and the HS group was given 20% sucrose water. The offspring aged 3-5 months were obtained, pulmonary arteries and mesenteric arteries were isolated under the microscope, and the whole transcriptome was sequenced to see whether there were statistical differences in gene expression between the two groups.
