Batch-Corrected Log CPM Gene Expression Matrix of Donor-Derived Cells from Circadian Murine Cardiac Allografts

This dataset contains the batch-corrected, normalized gene expression matrix (Log Counts Per Million, LogCPM) for donor-derived graft-infiltrating cells isolated from murine cardiac allografts. These data support the study investigating the circadian regulation of donor heart immunogenicity.
