Supporting documentation for Using imaging spectroscopy to detect variation in terrestrial ecosystem productivity across a water-stressed landscape.<br>This fileset contains the R code for creating NDSI values for AVIRIS imagery, R code for running the PLSR model, and output for the PLSR GPP model. <br>The PLSR model used NDSI values from AVIRIS imagery and eddy covariance estimated GPP, and averaged 1000 simulations to predict GPP. This dataset includes the flux tower metadata for each site at each overflight, and includes the output from the 1000 simulations and summary statistics.
