Identification of drought-responsive microRNAs from roots and leaves of alfalfa

the goals of this project are: (i) to identify the target miRNAs that may regulate stress response to drought in alfalfa and explore the underlying mechanisms for miRNA function in drought stress response of alfalfa; and (ii) to discover novel miRNAs in alfalfa.
