Supplementary Data - RNA-seq Analysis on the Impact of IgG1 Production on CHO Cell (tabular and tsv results)

This repository contains the supplementary datasets supporting MEngSc Biopharmaceutical Engineering Project 30, which investigated transcriptomic differences between parental host and IgG1-producing Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells at Day 3 of culture. The datasets were generated through a Galaxy-based RNA-seq workflow and include differentially expressed protein-coding genes, volcano-plot data, normalised and variance-stabilised gene-expression counts, and significant GO enrichment terms. These files provide the complete raw data straight from Galaxy and are cited throughout the thesis and deposited to promote transparency, traceability and reproducibility.
