Drug-specific divergence in actionable pharmacogenetic phenotypes between South Asian and European ancestries

This repository contains the processed datasets generated for the study on population pharmacogenomics in the Punjabi population of Lahore, Pakistan. The dataset includes pharmacogenetic variant, diplotype, phenotype, and population comparison data used for the analyses presented in the associated manuscript. These data are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future pharmacogenomic research.
