Vocal distance based on the PCs between partner and non-partner within Zoomarine Roma colony

Database to perform a Wilcoxon rank sum test to compare the calls of penguins in the Zoomarine Roma colony. For each PC separately, we calculated the vocal distance between each pair of partners. In addition, for each penguin we calculated the average vocal distance between that penguin and all other colony members, excluding that penguin’s partner.
