Proteomics database of the OR culture and structural models of ORM2a "Magic" and "Nanopod" proteins

The Oil Refinery (OR) consortium is a model methanogenic enrichment culture for studying anaerobic benzene degradation. We integrated information from three OR proteomics experiments to help identify functional genes and corresponding enzymes implicated in anaerobic benzene activation.This project contains two supplementary files for Toth et al. (2024). The first (File S1) is a proteomics database for the OR culture.
