whole genome sequencing data of Chenopodium quinoa

We present chromosome-level genome assemblies for two inbred lines of highland quinoa: J075, a representative of the northern highland, and J100, a representative of the southern highland. The reference genomes obtained in this study will serve as a foundation for advancing functional genomics in quinoa and enhancing its molecular understanding.
