To analyze transcriptional response of Melolontha melolontha larvae to common dandelion latex, larvae were fed with artificial diet complemented with i) water, ii) latex and iii) latex extract enriched in TA-G. Subsequently, RNA of anterior and posterior midgut samples were isolated and sequence.
