Single Cell RNA-seq data of parental HMLER cells and HMLER-derived clones C1 and C2

Analysis of gene expression patterns at single cell level of parental HMLER cells and HMLER-derived non-convertible clone C1 and convertible clone C2. Two conditions were used including independently cultured or cultured together in vitro. Overall design: Parental HMLER cells and HMLER-derived clones C1 and C2 cells were separately labelled by stably expressing RNA barcodes (indicated in the sample characteristics field). Cells were collected from either independently cultured or co-cultured conditions and then processed with 10x genomics single-cell RNA sequecing.
