Raw data and code for analysis

The code is written in R, as a rmd file and the following dataesets can be read into this project code to generate all the analysis, figures and tables in the manuscript. Descriptions of each dataset are below: <br> lucunter_Pcrit.csv - raw data for Pcrit trials, SMR calculated from these runs urchin_respirometry_main_new.csv - summary dataset of SMR for each sea urchin trial urchin_survival.csv - this dataset pools the survival data by time hour (i.e. survival by hour) urchin_LT.csv - this dataset summarizes the LT05 and LT50 results by treatment extremes.csv - this dataset is the dissolved oxygen and temperature 9 month timeseries from the 3 m Tierra Obscura reef duration2.csv - dataset with maximum temperatures and corresponding O2 each day in the timeseries from the "extremes.csv" - this is used to create Figure 6 SST_Both_Final_TXT_outlier_rm_updated.txt - dataset of water temperature measured from 2001-2019 at two reef sites (used to create Figure 7) MHW_stats.csv - summary dataset of marine heatwave occurrences and MHW days
