肝再生是肝脏损伤后的重要病理生理特征,对于肝脏内环境稳态的维持具有重要作用。既往研究表明肝细胞具有较强表型可塑性,可以去分化形成具有肝前体细胞特征的Sox9+HNF4α+肝细胞,参与肝损伤后再生修复,但是具体机制尚不明确。本研究拟在肝部分切除后再生模型中,深入揭示Sox9+HNF4α+肝细胞参与肝再生的分子机制,为促进衰竭肝脏再生修复提供新的干预靶点。

Hepatic regeneration is a crucial pathophysiological feature following liver injury, and plays a vital role in maintaining the internal homeostasis of the liver. Previous studies have demonstrated that hepatocytes exhibit strong phenotypic plasticity, and can dedifferentiate into Sox9+HNF4α+ hepatocytes with characteristics of hepatic progenitor cells, which participate in the regenerative repair following liver injury. However, the specific underlying mechanisms remain unclear. The present study aims to further elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which Sox9+HNF4α+ hepatocytes participate in hepatic regeneration using a partial hepatectomy-induced regeneration model, and to provide novel therapeutic targets for promoting regenerative repair of failed livers.
