A method for producing highly water-resistant box board paper， comprising the following steps in sequence: crushing， sand removal， first-stage coarse screening， sizing screening， slurry preparation， surface layer preparation， liner layer preparation， core layer preparation， bottom layer preparation， wire part combination， pressing， drying， calendering， and winding up. Aluminium sulphate， AKD， and a retention aid are sequentially added during the production process， and a starch sizing solution， aluminium sulphate， and a surface sizing agent are added during surface sizing， improving the strength of finished paper.
