Microbial community in water. freshwater metagenome

This project describes the bacterial community in water, especially by distinguish those from hospitals, lakes and fish ponds. The results indicated the differences among water types (Lakes, Bays, Hospitals waste, Fish culture) in terms of bacterial community, especially influenced by their source.
