This project holds small variants and structural callsets for Quartet DNA reference materials. Small variants were generated from short-read sequencing datasets, and structural callsets were generated from long-read sequencing datasets.Small variants were all called by GATK HC. Structural variants were called by 11 combinations of multiple mappers and callers.
