To investigate the RNA binding proterties of PDHA2, TEX30 in testis; RNA binding properties of HA-NONO and HA-NONO?ER in 3T3L1 cell line, we collected wildtype testis and HA-NONO/HA-NONO?ER overexpressed 3T3L1 cells. We then performed eCLIP-seq respectively and convey subsequent bioinformatic analysis.
