This data was collected as part of a study investigating breath volatile levels in healthy volunteers. Eight individuals were recruited as part of the study, each volunteer provided four breath samples a day over three days.
Two types of data are in this collection: GC-QTOF-MS file, with extension .D, which is proprietary to the company Agilent. The software "MassHunter", which is available to those who own any Agilent GC, LC or MS equipment, can be used to open these files. The second type of file available is of .xml type, which is an universal type and can be read using any text editor.
