Shoulder-VX: A Video Dataset of Shoulder Exercises Performed in Natural and Realistic Conditions

Shoulder-VX comprises high-quality video footage of subjects performing four shoulder exercises (standing barbell push press, double dumbbell external shoulder rotation, dumbbell front raise and dumbbell overhead press) in natural and realistic conditions. The videos were hand-recorded using a GoPro Hero 5 Black Edition at 1080p and 60fps, ensuring detailed and stable footage for accurate analysis of shoulder kinetics.
