Dataset and R code for observed nursing practices in specialised palliative home care teams in Belgium (Prisme project)

This dataset contains structured observations of nursing practices conducted within home-based palliative care teams in Belgium. Data were collected using an observation grid informed by the cultural intermediary conceptual model. The R code used for data processing and analysis is also included.
