This table describes the set of 3,503 genetic instruments (SNPs) for gut microbiota analysis, which passed stringent screening for linkage disequilibrium, weak instrument bias, and potential confounding. The table presents the corresponding 196 microbiota features across six taxonomic ranks and 201 microbiota-related metabolic pathways.
