Hawaiian Hymenoptera II (Unsorted Hymenoptera)

Hypenoptera is a diverse order ranked as being the third largest order of insects consisting of bees, wasps, ants and sawflies! There are over 150,000 described species with plenty more currently awaiting description. Being such a diverse order they have a wide range of feeding habits ranging from herbivorous to predatory and even parasitic larvae! Additionally, this order has a unique feature pertaining to their wings and how the hind wings are connected to the frontal wings via a series of hooks. This diverse order is no doubt interesting and awe inspring which is why we need your help. Please help us transcribe these Hemipterans which we have yet to sort but are valuable to the UHIM collection nonetheless! The total number of tasks for this dataset is: 504, number transcribed is 504 and number validated is 0. This data resource is harvested periodically into the main occurrence index.
