Data and code from: Expert-led priorities for a response diversity research agenda in ecology

This release contains the data and code used in the manuscript on the 2023 response diversity expert survey (Ross et al. 2025). All code is anonymised by independently shuffling entries within columns and lightly editing free-text responses to remove any possibly identifying information from survey responses. As explained in the readme file, this data anonymisation is necessary to protect the privacy of survey respondents as mandated by our ethical approval, but as a result of anonymisation, some analyses will no longer perfectly reproduce the results recorded in the paper. Those results were based on rows being anonymised individuals, but to further obscure identities before analysis, rows were broken up. We appreciate your understanding of the need for anonymity over complete reproducibility in this case.
