RNA-seq Cell Type Fractions

Cell type fractions generated from RiMod-FTD RNA-seq data using the Scaden deconvolution algorithm. <br> Method section from the publication: We performed cell type deconvolution on the RNA-seq data using Scaden12. For training we used the human brain training dataset used in the Scaden publication. Each ensembl model was trained for 5000 steps. Cell type deconvolution was then performed with the trained Scaden model on the RNA-seq count data.
