Virulence factors (VFs) enriched in bovine-associated genomes or poultry-associated genomes when the two groups are compared with each other.

Results are from a Fisher’s exact test followed by a p-value correction for multiple comparisons. Padj < 0.05 indicates a significant difference in the abundance of VFs when bovine-associated genomes and poultry-associated genomes are compared.
