"Groupitizing": A Visuo-spatial and Arithmetic Phenomenon

Each row of the matrix “matr” is a trial. 

The columns contain the following information:

1st: Participant response (enumeration)

2nd: Numerosity shown

3rd: As 1st column

4th: 0

5th: presentation time (s)      

6th: RT of numerosity task

7th: 1 or 0; 1 for grouped stimuli and 0 for ungrouped stimuli

8th: Number of items in subgroup 1

9th: Number of items in subgroup 2

10th: Number of items in subgroup 3

11th: Number of items in subgroup 4

12th: NaN if ST, 1 if DT response correct and 0 if incorrect

13th: RT of concurrent time. In ST it is 0.5

14th: 0 or 1; 0 for ST and 1 for DT

15th: 1 if arithmetic, 2 if visuo-spatial, 3 if auditory concurrent task in DT.

16th: timestamp stimulus on screen

17th: timestamp stimulus off screen

If DT arithmetic

18th: participant response

19th: First digit

20th: 1 for multiplication, 2 for addition and 3 for subtraction

21st: Second digit

22nd: Correct result

If DT visuo-spatial

18th: Target/NoTarget
