The spatial distribution of daily precipitation for 1986 - 2004 (minimum air temperature)

The spatial distribution of the data was first interpolated by near-distance interpolation method based on Baseline Meteorological Dataset of Siberia (BMDS, 77stations). The unit is mm day-1. There are 8 elements in original dataset, one of them in this package. Other elements are being compressed serially.首先基于西伯利亚基准气象数据集（Baseline Meteorological Dataset of Siberia，缩写BMDS，共77个气象站），采用近距离插值法完成数据空间分布的插值处理。 单位为毫米/日（mm day⁻¹）。 原始数据集共包含8个气象要素，本数据包仅收录其中1项，其余要素正按序进行压缩处理。
