The aim is to correlate strategies of oil biodegradation with changes in the microbial community composition at different landfarming amendments in time. The soil samples used in this work were part of a microcosm experiment in the Niger Delta, Nigeria. Soils samples were collected after 24, 110, and 550 days of landfarming for 16S amplicon sequencing. This knowledge may contribute to select bioremediation strategies that improve landfarming technology.
