资源简介:
Injection site reactions (ISRs) are local adverse events (AEs) that occur following injection of a medication or vaccine. They vary in presentation, but edema, erythema, pain, and/or pruritus around the injection site are typical findings. This systematic review highlights the incidence of ISRs in pediatric patients receiving systemic biologic therapy for plaque psoriasis, as there is scarce literature on this topic and adult caregivers often have questions/concerns about this AE.
