资源简介:
Graft-Versus-Host Disease(GVHD) is a serious complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), and ocular involvement is common. Ikervis is increasingly being used in the treatment of ocular symptoms. Detecting cytokines in the tears of allo-HSCT patients after using these eye drops helps to gain a deeper understanding of the drug's mechanism, evaluate treatment efficacy, and provide a basis for optimizing clinical treatment plans. This data collection aims to explore the situation of allo-HSCT patients after using Ikervis. Data Description included: (1) Patient Basic Information: Includes patient number, ID, age, gender, etc. (2) Disease - related Information: disease diagnosis, disease stage, previous treatment history, etc. (3) Eye Drop Information: dosage and frequency. (4) Ocular Examination Indicators: intraocular pressure, conjunctival hyperemia, tear osmolarity. (5) Cytokine Detection: Levels of various cytokines. Through the analysis of the data on the detection of cytokines in the tears of allo-HSCT patients after using Ikervis eye drops, we have proposed relevant research hypotheses and found some notable phenomena from the data. These findings help us better understand the therapeutic effects of eye drops, the impact of patient characteristics on treatment, and the association between cytokines and ocular symptoms. By reasonably interpreting and using these data, valuable references can be provided for clinical treatment and drug use, ultimately improving the ocular health of allo-HSCT patients. However, it should be noted that this study still has certain limitations, such as a relatively small sample size. In the future, more in - depth research needs to be carried out to improve the relevant conclusions.
