OzBarley: phenotypic data of OzBarley elite panel collected in greenhouse trials at Australian Plant Phenomics Network, University of Adelaide

<b>Imaging and tiller data</b>: the OzBarley elite panel was grown to capture images for non-destructive growth analysis. Manual measurements of tiller counts and peduncle length were additionally recorded. The BLUES are presented in Excel format.<b>Time course images</b>: the raw images collected during the growth of the OzBarley elite panel can be accessed and downloaded via hyperlinks provided in an Excel file.<b>X-ray data:</b> spikes collected from greenhouse grown plants of the OzBarley elite panel were imaged with an X-ray CT scanner to collect seed and spike level data. The resulting numeric data is presented in Excel format.<b>X-ray images</b>: cross sections of OzBarley spikes obtained by X-ray CT imaging are presented. In addition, seeds identified by X-ray CT imaging are presented across their largest cross-section. Meta-data for the images is listed in an Excel file, while images are provided as ZIP folders with individual png files.<b>Experimental design and growth curve figures</b>: Document containing the experimental design figures and descriptive plots for the non-destructive growth trial.
