This data has been supplied in WSG84 Mercator 41 projection. The data was last updated as of 1 October 2019. Legal definition of the Slender Tuna FMA’s are contained in schedule 3 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations, 2001. The defined areas are based on the FMA boundary definitions (first schedule of the Fisheries Act, 1996), and are either a combination of FMA’s or correspond directly to an FMA. The Slender Tuna FMA layer has been created from a direct copy of the general FMA’s layer, with the appropriate FMA’s (as defined in the legislation defining the Slender Tuna FMA’s) combined together. This layer is dependant on a legally authoritative FMA layer. Legal definition of the FMA boundaries is dependent on legally authoritative layers depicting the EEZ boundary and mean high water mark. These two resources were not available for the creation of the general FMA information layer. Approximate co-ordinates contained within the legislation defining the FMA boundaries were used. These co-ordinates are not legally authoritative, but are considered accurate in most circumstances. These co-ordinates were plotted and used to construct the boundaries of the FMA’s. Where a co-ordinate described the boundary between an FMA and the coast or EEZ, the boundary was projected outside the boundary along the described bearing of interception. Areas of the FMA’s projected outside the boundary of the EEZ were deleted through an erase outside routine within MapInfo 7.0, while the coastal boundaries were left drawn inland of the coast. 本数据集采用WSG84墨卡托41投影(WSG84 Mercator 41 Projection)格式提供。本数据最后更新时间为2019年10月1日。细金枪鱼渔业管理区(Slender Tuna Fisheries Management Area,以下简称FMA)的法定界定标准详见2001年《渔业(报告)条例》附表3。上述划定的区域基于《1996年渔业法》第一附表中规定的FMA边界定义,可由多个FMA组合而成,亦或直接对应单个FMA。细金枪鱼FMA图层系直接复制通用FMA图层后,将符合细金枪鱼FMA法定界定要求的相关FMA合并得到的。本图层依赖于具备法律权威性的FMA基础图层。FMA边界的法定界定,依赖于描绘专属经济区(Exclusive Economic Zone,以下简称EEZ)边界与平均高潮线的法律权威图层,但在构建通用FMA信息图层时,并未获取到上述两类图层资源。本次构建仅采用了FMA边界法定界定文件中载明的近似坐标,此类坐标不具备法律权威性,但在多数应用场景下可保证精度。我们基于这些坐标绘制并构建了各FMA的边界。当某一坐标用于描述FMA与海岸或EEZ的边界时,边界将按照载明的截距方位向边界外侧延伸投影。超出EEZ范围的FMA区域通过MapInfo 7.0中的外部擦除程序予以剔除,而海岸边界则保留绘制于海岸线内侧。如需了解更多详情,请查阅本文档。打开NABIS应用程序。
