Home Building Compensation scheme report - June 2018

SIRA collects data on Home Building Compensation (HBC) contracts of insurance and claims in accordance with HBC guideline to monitor the operation of the scheme. The information in this report consists of two parts: \r\nPart 1: information pertaining to policies issued since 1 July 2010. \r\nicare HBCF has been the sole provider over this period. \r\nPart 2: claims information for policies issues prior to 1 July 2010. \r\nThe information in Part 2 of the report relates to claims information for contracts of insurance entered into by runoff insurers prior to 1 July 2010.

SIRA依据住宅建筑赔偿（Home Building Compensation, HBC）指南，采集该计划项下的住宅建筑赔偿保险合同及理赔数据，以监控该计划的运行状况。本报告所载信息分为两部分：
第一部分：2010年7月1日起签发的保险单相关信息。在此期间，icare HBCF为唯一的承保服务商。
第二部分：2010年7月1日之前签发的保险单的理赔信息。本报告第二部分的信息，涉及2010年7月1日之前由业务终止型承保机构（runoff insurers）签订的保险合同对应的理赔数据。
