Influence of miR-181a deficiency on virus-specific T cell repertoire in vivo

The goal of this study was to examine how miR-181a deficiency influences virus-specific T cell repertoire. Wild type and T-cell-specific miR-181a-deficient mice were infected with LCMV, and virus-specific CD4 and CD8 T cells were sorted at several time points after infection. TRB sequences including CDR3 region were amplified and sequenced with an Illumina Miseq sequencer (2×350-bp with paired end reads).
