SNAT - RNA sequencing of murine developing peripheral nerves

RNA sequencing of peripheral nerve lysates covering various developmental stages in mice (E13.5, E17.5, P1, P5, P14, P24, P60) Sciatic nerves were extracted at various developmental stages: E17.5, P1, P5, P14, P24 and P60. The perineurium and overlaying layers were stripped as much as possible from these sciatic nerves prior to RNA extraction. Furthermore, peripheral nerves distal to the DRG were pooled from embryos at E13.5. Each time point consists of 4 independent biological samples. 2 of these samples derive from male animals, and 2 other samples derive from female animals.
