Genome-wide expression profiling of the retinoschisin deficient retina in C57CL/6 mice. Experiment Overall Design: RNAs from retinae from 3 Wildtype Mice versus 3 Retinoschisin-KO mice (Rs1h-/Y) at postnatal day 7 (P7) were hybridized onto Affymetrix microarrays.C57CL/6小鼠中视网膜分裂素（retinoschisin）缺陷型视网膜的全基因组表达谱分析。实验整体设计：选取出生后第7天（P7）的3只野生型小鼠与3只视网膜分裂素敲除小鼠（Rs1h-/Y）的视网膜RNA，将其与Affymetrix基因微阵列芯片进行杂交实验。
