Interview Guideline to Identify Innovation-driven Influencing Factors on Manufacturing and Material Costs

The interview guideline is used for a semi-structured interview with experts of a process invention for the collection of data in the form of invention-driven technical effects that influence manufacturing and material costs. The questions listed in the guideline result from an effect model that structures manufacturing and material costs into further cost drivers on several levels on the basis of a systematic literature research. Thus, those questions reach a level that can be addressed by process experts through the technical effects to be identified.
