Effects of chronic exposure of sulfamethoxazole on acetate fed activate sludge biomass was evaluated, for which chronic reactors were set and investigated on different days throughout the study. Pyrosequencing data revealed the population composition of the reactors under chronic influence of antibiotic substance.
