# Lithuanian Open Data Portal Dataset Snapshot This page provides access to the dataset used in the bachelor thesis “Lietuvos viešojo sektoriaus atvirų duomenų panaudojimas visuomenės ir verslo sprendimams”. The dataset contains a structured snapshot of records collected from the Lithuanian Open Data Portal (data.gov.lt). It was created to evaluate the difference between officially declared open data status and actual technical accessibility, including the presence of files, API access, external resource links, maturity levels, and other indicators relevant to reuse. ## Dataset The main dataset includes 3,378 portal records collected during the empirical research stage. The data was collected using automated web scraping and later cleaned, classified, and analysed using Python.
